VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of
September, 1968, commencing at 7:30 p.mo at the Village Hall, 13800 State
Highway 055.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon,
Hunt and Hagen.
The following members were absent: Councilman Humphrey.
Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its
• adoption:
"RESOLUTION NO. 68-208"
A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND CERTIFYING
DELINQUENT SANITARY SEWER CHARGES
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 444.075 M.S.A. and Chapter
VIII, Section 8.02 of the Village Code of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
a determination has been made that certain charges for sanitary sewer service
have not been paid as provided by law and,
WHEREAS, attached hereto is a statement of all such delinquent accounts
relating to specific properties within said Village,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
• OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS:
1. That such statement of delinquent sanitary sewer accounts is hereby
confirmed and certified to be true and correct.
2. That the Village Treasurer is directed to deliver a copy of such
statement together with a certified copy of this resolution to
the Auditor of Hennepin County, Minnesota, as provided by law.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon,
Hunt and Hagen; and the following voted against: None.
