RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Pursuant t� due call and notice thereof, a regular (special)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 16th day ofSem ber , ly 68
The fol' '.owing members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Hagen and O'Fallon
and the following members were absent: Councilman Humphrey
Councilman Hagen introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION No -.-68--207
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on
September 16, , 19EL, the Village Engineer has
prepared plane and specifications for improvement of West
Medicine Lake Drive
and has presented such plane and specifications to the Council for
approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:

1. "Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby
approved.
2. The Village Clerk shall prepare ar.A cause to be in-
serted in the official paper and in
an advertisementfor bi.65 upon
the making of such improvement under sura approved plans
and specifications. The advertisement sh- 1 by pub-
lished for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done,
shall state that bids will be opened and considered by
the Council at 10:00AM. on Ocrober jjj ,19A&_, in
the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no
bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with
the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's
check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk
for—LI—percent of the amount of such bid.,'
The motion for the adoptiop of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Hagen
and O'Kallon.
The following voted against the same; None
The following were (absent) ):Councilman Humphrey
WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the attached and foregoing estreat of minutes of
a regular (special) meeting of the Village Council of said Village held

my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
