HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1968-206VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING FOR PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (specfti) meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plywouth, Minnesota, was held on the 16th day of September , 19 68 The following members were present: Major Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Hagen and O'Fallon and the following members were absent: Councilman Humphrey ate ••r *** Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: "RESOLUTION N0. 68-206 WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to the Village Council on Sept. 16 , 19__§L, recommending the: Date set for Public Hearing at 7:30 P.M. in the Plymouth Village Hall on November 18, 1968. of the following street (s), to -wit: Concerning installation of sanitary sewer and water to the area of 6th, 8th, and 10th Avenues NOW THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL )P THE VILLAGE Og PLYMOUTH: "1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvment in accordance with the report and the assessment of property abutting or within said boundaries for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to H.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated total cost of the improvement as shown. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed im- provement on the..Igjay of NaWMhar 19.6g_, at the Village Hall, is the Village of Plymouth at 7.;n ofclock p m. The Village Council shall give published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hasten and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde Councilmen Hunt, Hagen and O'Fallon.
