VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular - special meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on
the i6TR day of September 19 68
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
O'Fallon, H mt and Hagen.
and the following members were absent: Councilman Humphrey
Councilman Hagen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 68-205
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of
the following streets, to -wit:
Installation of water from the present M.I.P. System to include
extensions to contiguous land and along State Highway #55 to 13th
Avenue North and County Road 70 and installation of sanitary sewer
on Kingsview Lane south of County Road 15 and County Road 15 from
W Lanewood to Juneau Land and installation of water mains on 13th
Avenue from County Road #18 to South Shore Drive.
bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the following
bids were received complying with the advertisement.
WHEREAS, it appears that Orfei & Sons of
1156 Homer Place. Mvls., Minn. is the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"1. The Maycr and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter

Plymouth for the improvement of the following streets, to -wit:

according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the
Village Council and on file in the office of the Village Clerk.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized end directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except
that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest
bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman O'Fallon and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Hilde. Councilmen O'Fallon, Hunt and Hagen
The following voted against the same:
None

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Administrator
of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular - special
meeting of the Village Council of said village held Sept. 16 , 19_6&_,

and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to
