WHEREAS,
James Burn has requested a subdivision waiver on Lot
10, Block 1, City View Acres.
NOW Tt1ERMU, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED `BY TEE VUdJ 3-CONWIL OF
THE Vit"GB Of PLIMTH: -
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village
of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April
6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register
of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the convoyaneo
of parcels of land less than five (5) acres in area and 900 feet
in width are hereby waived as to the following described land
on page 2 of this resolution.
The mottos ter the adoption of the foregoiag'Resolution was duly
seconded by W-1 1__ . and upon vote beim taken tbereea,
the follering votid in favor thereof:_ Mavo�r Hi, -.-Como -
