RESOLUTION OPIERING PREPARATION
OF
REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (special)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Vinnesota,
was held on the 16 day of September 1968
The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilman OlFallon, Hunt and Hagen
and the following members were absent:
Councilman Humphrey
Councilman Haase introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
"RESOLUTION NO. 68-203"
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve:
The area of Layout 0, Hennepin County Highway Department
and assess the abutting property for all or a pertion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement
is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended."
The motion was seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the
motion:
Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hunt and Hagen
the following voted against the motion:
None
The following were (absent) (abstained from voting):
Councilman OtFallon absent at roll call.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
