Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular swetioX of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymaouth, ;linneaota, was held on the 16th day of
September, 1968, commencing, at 7:30 p.m. The following wAm ers were presect:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen o'Pallon, Hagen and Hunt; and the following were ala --
sent; Councilman Humphrey.

Councilman hunt introduefed the following resolution and moved its adoptioos
RESOLUTION 140. 60•-202
WHEREAS, William Pribble, representing Stuart Burgh, has requested the
consolidation of Parcels 1.511 and 2535, Platt 43729 with Parcel 044. Platt 13739).

1. That the requirements of ordinanc.i No. 66®1 of the Village of Plywvwth
passed on January lc,. 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966. to Zook 1035
of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of heeds, tkrumpin Cauaty.
Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than
five (5) acres in area and 300 ferr in width are hereby waived as to
the following described lands.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman 11agen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
tiavor thereof; Hayor 1111de, Councilmen e'Fallon and Hunt. and the followtor
voted against: None; and the following abstained: Councilman 14agen.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
