VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth wFs held on September 9, 1968,
at the Village Hall, 13800 State Highway No. 55, commencing at 7:.30
o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
O'Fallon, llcg:�s, Hunt and Humphrey. The following members were absent:
None.
• Councilman Humphrey introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoptions
"RESOLUTION NO. 68-197"
A RESOLUTION REQUESTING DISTRICT COURT
TO APPOINT A CHARTER C%1MISSION
HE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE ,F PLYMOUTH AS
FOLLOWS:
1. That the District Court of Hennepin County, 'Minnesota, be
requested to form a Charter Commission for the Village of
Plymouth, Minnesota, pursuant to the provisions of
Section 610.05 of Minnesota Statutes.
2. That the Claris -Administrator is hereby directed to transmit
a certified copy of this resolution to the Senior Judge of
the Hennepin County District Court.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Hagen and upon vote being
taken thereon, the 'following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen O'Ha]lon, Hagen, taunt and Humphrey. The following voted ggainsts
None.
Whereupon such resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the ua:dersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, Hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held September 9. 1969,
with the original thereof on file in my offiej aad the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to
requesting Hennepin County District Court to appoint a Charter
Commission.
WITNESS, Hy hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the village this 1st day of October, 1968.
