Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptions

OF PLYNUUTH.
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Hoo* 1035
of Miscellaneous Records, page 497. Jtegister of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Hnnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than
five (5) acres in arca and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to
the following, described lands:
(A) The West 100 feet of the 4orth 195 feet of Government Lot 4, Section 30,
Township 118, Range 22.

Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted In favor'

following voted against: None.
Whereupon said-repoluiion was declared duly passed and adopted.
