HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1968-194VILLAGE OF PLYROiiTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of PlymoutiT. Minnesota, was held on the 9th day of. September, 1968, commencing at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Nide, Councilmen O'Fallon, Humphrey, Hagen and Hunt; and the following were absent; none. Councilman Humphrey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO, 68-194 WHE"PXAS, :ors. Ruth Anderson lies requested a subdivision waiver on Lots 12 and .clock 2, Elmhurst. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY PESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the following described lands: (A) That part of Lots 12 and 13, Block 2, Elmhurst, which lies westerly of a line and its extensions, said line described as beginning at a point on the North line of said Lot 12, distant 104.00 feet 'East of the North- west corner of said Lot 12; thence Southerly to a point on the South line of said Lot 13, distant 67.00 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Lot 13, said line there terminating,. (B) Lots 12 and 13, Blk 2, Elmhurst, except that part which lies Westerly of a line and its extensions, said line described as beginning at a point on the North line of said Lot 12, distant 104.00 feet East of the North- west corner of said lot 12; thence Southerly to a point on the South line of said Lot 13, distant 67.00 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Lot 13, said lane there terminating. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing, resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hurphrpy, Hasten and Runt: and the following voted against: hone; and the following abstained: Councilman.
