Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoptiou: RESOLUTION NO. 68-193

WHEREAS, Mrs. Huth Anderson has requested a consolidation of Lots 12 and
13, Block 2, Elmhurst.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY TIM VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH.
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 103.5
of Xiacollansoua Records, page 447. Register of Desda, Hennepin County,.
Xinnesots, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land leas than
five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to
t6 following described lands:

(A) Lots 12 and 13, Block 2, Elmhurst
Tho jostion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution wan duly aetonded
by Councilman.0'Fallon and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
fp,%iO thereof: Mayor Mde, Councilmen Humphrey, Hagen, and O'Fallon; and the
fotottitti voted against: Notes.
