The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman O'Fallon and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof; Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen, and Humphrey; and the following voted against: Councilman Hunt; and the following abstained: Mayor Hilde. VILLAGE OF PLYidOOTH) I, the undersigned being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, :•iinnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully com- pared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held September 9, 1968, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to a resolution waiving subdivision re- quirements as requested by John Gullickson.
