WHERMS, John Sullickson, has requested a subdivision waiver in the
Northwest 1/4 of Section 20.,

Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed oa April 6, 1966,

Tract B:
That part of the East 1030 feet of the Northwest quarter of Section
20, Township 118 North, Range 22 West of the 5th Principal tlevidian,
lying Southerly of a line 30 feet Southerly of, measured at right angles
to and parallcl with, the following -described line:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the West line of said East
1030 feet with the South line of said Northwest quarter (said South
line being assumed to have a bearing of East for purposes of this des-
cription); thence North along said West line 320.36 feet to the point
of beginning of the line being described; thence Southeasterly along
a nontengent curve concave to the Northeast having a radius of. 250 feet
(a radial line of said curve to said point of beginning bearing South
15°39146" West) through a central angle of 12039`46" a distance of
55.25 feet; thence South 870 East a distance of 285 feet to a point
hereinafter referred to as "Point A", and there ending;
and lying Westerly of a line 15 feet Westerly of, measured at right angles
to and parallel with, the following -described line:
Beginning at said above-described "Point A"; thence South 3° West to
the South line of said 'northwest quarter, and there ending.
Tract G;
That part of the East 1030 feet of the Northwest quarter of Section 20,
Township 118 ,forth, Range 22 west of the 5th principal meridian, described
as follows:
Baginning at the Southeast corner of said northwest quarter; thence
north along the East line of said Northwest quarter to a point 1363.96 feet
South of the Northeast corner of said Northwest quarter; thence along a
tangential curve to the left having a radius of 409.26 feet to its point
of intersection with a nontangential line hereinafter referredt to as
"Line A", said "Line A" being described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of said northwest quarter; thence
South along the East line of said Northwest quarter a distance of 463.8 feet;
thence along a tangential curve to the right having a radius of 716.20 feet
and delta angle of 66002' a distance of 825.42 feet; thence Southwesterly
tangent to last -said curve to the West line of said East 1030 feet, and
there ending; thence Southwesterly along said "Line A" to said West line;
thence South along said West line to the South line of said Northwest
quarter; thence East to the point of beginning, subject to an easement for
road purposes over the East and Northeasterly 33 feet thereof; also subject
to highway easements described in Book 2193, pages 100 and 103, files of
[register of needs, Hennepin County;
EXCEPT that part thereof embraced within the two afore described
Parcels; A and B.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman O'Fallon and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof; Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen, and Humphrey; and the following
voted against: Councilman Hunt; and the following abstained: Mayor Hilde.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Administrator
of the Village of Plymouth, :•iinnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully com-
pared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting
of the Village Council of said Village held September 9, 1968, with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom insofar as the same relates to a resolution waiving subdivision re-
quirements as requested by John Gullickson.
