herewith described be approval:

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
by Mayor Ulde and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted In
favor thereof. Mayor-'HIlde, Councilman Humphrey and Mason; and the following
voted sgsicst; Councilmen O'Fallon and Hunt.
