NOW, THEREFCBE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COpN= OF Ti VILLAGE Ot
PLYiIO =, MINNESOTA, AS FOUAWS:
01. The Village Clerk has, with the assistance of the +roezursr
mp"p6eWheratofore selected by this council forpumose, calculated
the proper amounts to be specially assessed for acln y no laprov�.aeu
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land, in accordance
with the provisions of law, and has prepared and filed in his office
tabulated statements in duplicate showing the proper description of
each and every lot, piece or parcel of land to be epeaiaily assessed
in the amount calculated against the same,
2. Notice has been duly published as required by law that this council
would most in regular session at this time and place to pass as the
proposed assessment.
S. Such proposed assessment is affirmed, adopted and confirmed, and the
sums fixed and the sums fixed and named in said proposed assessment
with the changes and alterations hereinabove made are affirmed, adopted
and confirmed as the proper special assessment for each of said lots,
pieces or parcels of land respectively.
6. Said assessment so affirmed, adopted and confirmed shall be certified
to by the Village Clerk and filed in his office u shallthereupon be

bear interest from the date hereof until the same have been paid at
the rate ofercent per annum.
