DVILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
12th day of August, 1968.
The following membera were presentz Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
O'Fallon, Hagen and Hunt; and the following member s were absent:
Councilman Humphrey.
Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
"RESOLUTION NO. 68-168"
n A RESOLUTION APPROVING SITE PLAN
AND GRANTING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
WHEREAS, Minneapolis Industrial Park, Inc. has under section 20
of the Plymouth Village Zoning Ordinance requested a conditional use
permit to allow the building proposed to be constructed on Lot It Block
6, Minneapolis Industrial Park 2nd Addition, to be used for the general
offices and manufacting operations of the tenant of the building, and
WHEREAS, Section 15, Subd. 6 of the Plymouth Village Zoning
Ordinances requires that prior to obtaining a building permit on an
individual lot in an I-1 District, copies of the site plan shall be
submitted to and reviewed by the Planning Commission and Village Council,
and
WHRREAS, the Planning Commission on duly 31, 1968, did review said
site plan and request for conditional use permit and recommended approval.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That a Conditional Use Permit be granted to Minneapolis
Industrial Park to allow manufacture and storing of heavy
road cosipacting machinery on Lot 1, Block 6, Minneapolis
Industrial Park 2nd Addition.
2. That the site plan for aforementioned building on Lot 1, Block
6, Minneapolis, Industrial Park 2nd Addition be and hereby is
approved.
The motion was seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
O'Fallon, Hagen and Huht; and the following were absent: Councilman Humphrey.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
