Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 5th day of Ati_r_uU, lg-.0—.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon,
Humphrey, Hagen and Sunt.

Councilman Haven introduced the following
• Resolution and moved its adoption:

prepared plans and specifications fori installation of water from the
present K.I.P. system to include extensions to contiguous land and along
State Highway 055 to 13th Avenue Sort.. and County Road 70 and installation
of sanitary sever on Singsview Lane lout- of County Road 15 and County Road
15 from Lanewood to Juneau Lane and installation of water mains on 13th Avenue
from County Road 18 to South Shore Drive

and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for
approval;

1. "Such plansand specifications, s copy of which are
attached hereto and made a part hereof, are heroby
approved.
2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in—
serted in the official paper and in The Construction
EtIl an advertisement for bids upon
the ting of such improvement undersuchapproved plans
and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub'-
lished for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done,
shall state that bids will be opened and considered by
the Council at 10:00 AN. on August 30 , ,1968 , in
the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no
bids will be considered unless sealedandfiled with _
the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's
check, bid bond or certified check peyable to the Clerk
for Sx percent of the amount of such bid."
