The following members were present: Mayor !tilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen, Humphrey; and the following member was absent: Councilman Hunt. *ee s** Councilman Humphrey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION I.U. (3-150 WNER1-_AS, Joe Fberle, has regtested a subdivision waiver on Parcel '7600 in Section 36. NOW, ^IIERl:FORE, BE I7' HEREBY ftlSSOLNEU BY THE VILLAGECOUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYHOUT": 1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, `tinnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the following described lands: Tract A: The North 32 Rods of the Southwest k. of the Southwest 14 of Section 36, Township 115, Rance 22, except the South 105 feet of the North 213 feet of the West 241 feet. Tract 8: The South 105 feet of the North 213 feet of the West 241 feet of the Southwest 4 of the Southwest L of Section 36, Township 118, Range 22, subject to road easement over the West 33 feet thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hagen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Payor Hilda, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen, and Humphrey; and the following voted against: :one.
