RNSOLQTION NO. 68-141
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular mating of the Village
' Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was hold on the 8th Day of
July 1968. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilman
O'Fallon, Hagen and Humphrey; and the following member was absent: Councilman
Runt.

Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption-

OF PINECREST REARWIf
WHERTZAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Caomlesion hold a Public Hearing to
consider the proposed plat of Pinacrest Posrraagemsat and recommended approval
of said plat; and
MUM, the Plymouth Village Engineer recommended approval of the plat after
due consideration and study.
UOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VnJ AM COUN CIL OF THE VILLAM OF PLYNDUT-0:
1. That the final plat of Pinecrest Rearrangement as submitted and herewith
described be approved:
That part of Lots 1 and 9, lying north of a line drawn from a point in
the east line of said Lot 1, distant 135 feet south of the northeast
corner of said Lot 1, to a point in the west line of said Lot 9,
distant 84 fest north of the southwest corner of said Lot 9, Block 2,
PINECRM, according to the recorded plat thereof,
ALSO
Lata S, 6, 7 and 6 and that part of Lots 1 and 9, lying south of i line
drawn from a point in the east lino of said Lot 1, distant 155 fast
south of the northeast corner of said Lot 1, to a point in the vast
line of said Lot 9, distant 84 feet north of the southwest corner of
said Lot 9, Block 2, PSNICREST, according to the recorded plat thereof.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution ova duly seconded
by Councilmen Humphrey. and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof;Mayor )tilde, Councilmen O'Fallou, Ragan and Humr►ray; and the
following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNE80TA )

1, the undersigned. being the duly qualified and acting Clark -Administrator of
the village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village hold July 8. 1%8. with the original thereof on file in
my office and the same is a full, true transcript therefrom, insofar as the soman
relates to the approval of the final plat of Pineac�-rest RoarrmrWnt.
