Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular ( meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the inch

and the following members were absent: Councilmen Rummphrey.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED M THE COUNCIL OP THE VILLAGE OF PLMWUTH:
°1. Such improvements as set out above and for the street(a) as above
indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution

2. The Village Engineer is hereby directed to prepare plans and specifications
for the making of such improvements."
