Approval is hereby granted for the estualishment of a Registered Land Surv*y with respect to the following described property: All that part of Section 36, Township 118, Range 22, described an fallowet Commencing at the Northeast corner of the 'Northeast e of the Northeast j of said Suction A thence South 286 feet; thence best 183 feet; thence South 50 feet; thence East 183 feet;- thence South 102.75 feet to the North line of Electric Short Line Railway; thence Northwesterly along said right of tray to the North Line of said section; thence East to beginning, except that part thereof which lies Easterly of a line described as follows Be,ginni g nt a point on the north line' of sa d :lection 36, distant 220.0 feet ,West of the Northeast corner thereof; thence Southerly Yv on,a strsi8ht'line and its extension thereof through a point on, the Northerly right of way line of the Ninneapolis Industrial Niilvair Comps y; distant 250.0 feet West of the East line of said Section 36. . 2. The Mayor and Clark-AdMiAiatrator are hereby authorised and directed to sxeoute the said Registered Land Survey on behalf of the Village of Plymouth. The above. motion was seconded;by Councilman Hagen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O"P'allon, Hagen and Hunt p a" the following voted against: None.
