VILLAGE OF PLYFiOUTH

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village council.-0 Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the

3rd day, of June, 19681,epmmencing at 7 00,p.m. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen and Hunt; and the
following members were absent: Councilmen O'Fallon and Humphrey.
Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoptions
"RESOLUTION NO. 68-119"

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
'
THE VILLAGE OF PLYHOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the regular payroll dated May 290 1968, and
totaling $8,054.46 be and ereby is authorised
and approved.
The motion for the adoption of the,foregoing resolution teas
'd I secooded'by Councilman Rant and-upon vott,being taken thereon,

and Hunt; and the following voted against: None.'`
Whereupon the-resolution: was declared duly passed and adopted.
