Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Villega Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on the 3rd day of
Junta 1968, at the Village Heli, 23800 State Highway 55, commencing at
7130 p.m. The following members were presents 'riayor Fulda, Councilmen
Uagen and Hunt; and the following members were ai+sents Councilmen
Olrallou and Humphrey.

Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoptions
"RESOLUTION NO. 68-118"
A RESOLUTION APPROVING ALiGMMEN T
FOR CONSTRUCTION OF COUNTY ROAD 18
FROM 26Th AYNNUEi NORTH TO 40TH AVENUE NORTH
VOOLMS, Layouts -"F" for Hwmepin County Project No. 672.2 shoving
POV0+60d alignment for the construction of County Stats Aid Road 1$
within the limits of the Village of Plymouth as a; to Afd Project
have been prepared and presented to the Village,
NOW, THSRSFURE Bi IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE VIUAGE COUNCIL €1F THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTHA AS FOLLOWSt
1. That said alignment for County State Aid Road 18 froL
North of County Road 70 to South of Coemty Road 9 be in
all things approved.
The motion was seconded by Councilman Hunt and uvon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof; Mayor Hilda, P-ouncilmen
Hagen sad Hunt; and the following voted againsts None+
Whereupon tha swoon was declared "y passed and auiopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clark -Administrator
of the Village. of Plymouth, Minn.- seta, hereby certify that the foregoing
Resolution to a trees and correct copy of a resolution passed and adopted
by the Village Council of Plymouth at a meeting thereof geld in the Village
of Plymouth#Niunasots, on the 3rd day of June, 1968, as disclosed by the
records of *aid Village in my possession.
