Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular #npmd*W
sleeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,

and the folluwing ambers were absent: Councilmen O'Fallon and Humphrey.

Councilman riacen introduced the following Resolution and
saved its adoption:
"RESOLUTION NO. 63-117"
MERE, it is proposed to teems install nanitary sewer and
ureter mains to the southwestern portion of the Village of Plymouth
and season the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLIMOUTH:
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Conseil with all convenient speed, advise the Council

is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as
proposed or in connection with some other improvement and
the estimated cost of the improvement as reeorended."

vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the
motion: Mayor ktilde, Couacilmm flagem and Hunt.
