The following members were present: tLpyor -1 1de, Councilnwm Hagen and U%mt. and the following members were absent: Councilmen O*Fallon and Uumphrey, # # # * # * Councilmanmea introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: "RESOLUTION LID. 68-116" WHEREAS, a report has beet, given by the Village Engineer to the Village Council on February 5th 19 68 , recommending the: purcluise and expansion of the t.x.P. Water Systema to incluse extensions to contiguous land and 4lonm state Pighwuy. 55 to 11th Avenue and County :toad 70. 0 LOW THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VIIJAGE OF PLYHOUTH: "1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improwment • in accordance with the report and the assessment of property abutting or within said boundaries for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated total cost of the improvement u sbown. 2. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Beat and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor rdlde, Qauncileen :Hint and Hagen.
