RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT
AMD
CALLING FOR PUBLIC HIMING
Pursuant to due can and notice thereof, a regular (IMNINQ
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 3rd day of .hma , 19 6a_.

Councilmanmea introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
"RESOLUTION LID. 68-116"
WHEREAS, a report has beet, given by the Village Engineer to
the Village Council on February 5th 19 68 , recommending
the: purcluise and expansion of the t.x.P. Water Systema to incluse
extensions to contiguous land and 4lonm state Pighwuy. 55 to 11th Avenue
and County :toad 70.

LOW THERFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VIIJAGE
OF PLYHOUTH:
"1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improwment
• in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement u sbown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed In-
prowsm"t on the 's kj&y of -JU:p 19 j&-.' at
the Village Ball, In the Village of Plymouth at 7. go
o•clock .mThe Pillage Council shell give
pubnotice of such hearing and improvement as
required by law."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Beat and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor rdlde,
Qauncileen :Hint and Hagen.
The following voted against the motion: wane.,
. The following were (absent) Council -men 01rallon
and Huwphrrr.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
