RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION
OF
REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT
Pursuant to %a call and notice thereof, a regular QRS!
mating of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
we held on the 3rd day of June , 19 68
The following msnbers were presents mayor Hilde, Councilman
Hagen and rtunt.
and the following umbers were absent: Councilmen o'Fallon and Humphrey

Councilman Hagen introduced &a following Resolution and
saved its adoption:
"RESOLUTION p0. 68-115"
WHEREAS. it is proposed to BpffaM install Storm Sewer from
the invert of the 54 inch storm sever pipe on the eastern edlee of :I.I.P.
property to the intersection of ;senium Lane and Highway 55.
and assess the abutting property for all or a pertion of the cost of
the ieprovement, pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111.
NOW, THEREtrORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"That the proposed improwment be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that be is iostsncted to report
to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
In a preliminary way as to vbether the proposed ioprovsent
Is feasible and as to vbetber it should best be wade as
proposed or in connection with eves other inpsavamst and
the estimated cost of the improvement as recosended."
The notion was seconded by Councilman Kube and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the
notion: Mayor Ulde, Councilnen Hunt and Hagen.

The following were (absent) Mumamoft Councilmen o'Fallon
and Humphrey.
Whereupon the notion was declared duly passed and adopted.
