Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular Q&9pM"A)
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BT THE OOUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
• 1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the Improvement pursuant
to U.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed im-
provement on the ��� �• day of June , 19 at
the Village Hall,-3nthe Village o ymouth ate'"'
o'clock. m. The Village Council shall give ppU5-- —
lished no*%e of such hearing and improwesent as re-
quired by law."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by ouneilman ^umpha40 upon vote being taken there-
