RMOLLITION 110. 68-104
Pursuant to due call cud notice thereof, a regal" meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Winnecota, was held on the 20th day of May,
2968. The following memhe-a were present; Itayor Hilda, Councilmen O'Fallon,
Humphrey, Hagen and Huntj and the -following members were aosent: Nona.

Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION APPROVUG FINAL PLAT
OF SEVEN PQ1DS
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission held a public hearing to
consider the proposed plat of Seven Ponds and recommended approval of said
plat; and
WIMREAS, the Plymouth Village Engineer recommended approval of said plat
after due conuideration and. study,
NOW, THEREFORE 9F: IT HEREBY RF:SOLV-!X BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF Tlm,
VILLAGE OF PLYFIOUPH:
1. That the final pl;st of Seven Ponds as submitted and herewith
described be approved:
That part of the South Half of the Northwest quarter of
Section 20, Township 118, Range 22, lying Nest of the East
1030 feet of said South half, Southerly of the center line
of County Road No. 24, and easterly of a line described
as followsa Beginning at the Southwest corner of said
South half; thence East along the South line of said
South half a distance of 1092.4 feet to the point of
beginning of the lira being described; thence deflecting
left 910 13' a distance of 400 feet; thence deflecting left
200 27' a distance of 900 feet, and there ending.
The motion for the adoptlnn of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: mayor Hilda, Councilmen hunt, Mallon, Humphrey, and the
following voted against the same: None.
Whereupon s4ill resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

of the Village of ?lymouth, Xinnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of mimites of a regular meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held lisy 20, 1968, with :'ae origiial
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom insofar as the same relates to the approval of the final plat of
Seg an Pon"L.
