VILLAW OF PLY14OMH
Purouant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymuth, Kinnesot:a, was held on the 20th day of tray,
19b$. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O�Faallon,
09umphrey, Hagen and Hunt; and the following members; were absent- None.

Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. U6103
WHERLAS, Sol Wasserman, Attorney for X.B.G. Inc., Regii,tered Land Survey X921,
NOW, TIIMUME BE IT HEWN USOLVM) BY THE VILLAGE; COUNCIL OF TIM VILLAGE
OF PLYMOVrH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66»1 of the Village of Plymouth
Passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County,
Minnesota# relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than
five,(5) acres in are. and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to
the following described lands:
Parcel A:
All that part of tract ,A, Registered Lancs Survey No. 921, Files of
the Registrar of Titles, Cou:'y of Hennepin, lying Southwesterly
of the Southwesterly line of Registered Land Survey No. 1236, and
lying Northwesterly of the .fallowing described line:
Commencing at a point on the Southwesterly Line of Tract A,
Registered Land Survey'No. 1236, which point is 402.52 feet
Southeasterly as oemuured along scald Southwesterly Line from
the most Westerly corner of said Tract A, Registered Land Survey
Ito. 1236; thence Southwesterly in a straight Line a distance of
556.75 feet to a point on the Southwesterly Line of Tract A,
Registered X@Ond Survey No. 921, which point in 374.77 feet
Southeaster, as measured along said Southwesterly Line, from the
most Wesater y corner of said Tract A, Registered Land 5,:arvsy
no. 921.
Subject to an easement for raodway purposes over and across the
Northeasterly 40 feet of the above described property.
Parcel B:
Registered Land Survey #9219 Tract A, except all that part of Tract
A, Registered Laud Survey No. 921, Files of the Registrar of Titles,
County of Hennepin# lying Southwesterly of the Southwesterly line
of Registered Land Survey No. 1236, and Lying Northwesterly of the
following described line:
Commencing at a point on the Southwesterly line of Tract A, Registered
Lasd Survey No. 12360 Which point is 402.52. feet Southeasterly as
measured along said Southwesterly line from the most Westerly corner
of said Trout A0 Pe,stered Land Survey No. 1236; thence Southwesterly
in a straight lin OOtance of 556.75 Feet to a point on the South—
Westerly line of Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 921, which point
is 374.77 Peet Southeasterly, as measured along said Southwesterly
line, tram the most Westerly uoraer of said Tract A, Registered
Land Survey No. 921.
Subject to an easement for roadway purpowoe over and across the
Norttdasterly 40 '.set of the above described property.
The action for the ,adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hagen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following vo#ed in
favor thereof, Mayor Hilde, Councilmen OlFallon, Humphrey, Hagen and Hunt; and
the following voted agsinstt None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
