VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pwrr;auant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of thi Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 20th day of may,
1968. The following members were presents Mayor Hilda, Councilman OfFalon,
Humphrey, Hagen and Hunts and the following members were absent: None.

Councilman Humphrey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption.-
RESOLUTION

WHERM, Chester Livingston has requested a subdivision waiver on Lots 10
and 11, Block 2, Romedale Manor.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT I MY WoOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLACIE _
OF PLY-NOuTH;
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of Yliucellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Henneopin
County, Minnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land
lase than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby
waived as to the following described lands:
Parcel As
Lots 10 and 11, Block 2,HOAMDALE MUOR, except the South 114.00 feet
of said Lot 11
Parcel B.
The South 114.00 feet of Lot 11, Block 2, Homedale Manor
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hagen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Itilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Humphrey, Hagen and Hunt;
and the following voted against: None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
