VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular - sgpcmeeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on
the 13th day of May , 19 68 .
The following members were present: ;Mayor Ijilde, Councilmen O'Fallon,
s?umphrey, Dagen and Hunt,
and the following members were absent: *lone.
Councilman Hagen introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: "RESOLUTION NO. 68-101"
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bide for the 9.9c
xftOosldctx purchase of 21 radio monitor demonstrator
units.

bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the following
bids ware received complying with the advertisement.

WHEREAS, it appears that Motorola Communications Inc_ of
�Iinneap,Ql.is_ _nnesota is the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"1. The Maycr and Clerk are hereby authorized and direc*;d to enter

of H nnean is.�Ijjjaesota in the name of the Village of
Plymouth for the
purchase of 21 radio monitor demonstrator units

according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the
Village Council and on file in the office of the Village Clark.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except
that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest
bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman O'Fallon and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Navor Tiilde, Counci"men O'Fallon,
T?umphrey, Hagen and Hunt.
The following voted against the same: °done.
The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): *tone.
• whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Administrator
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular - special
meeting of the Village Council of said village held May 13 , 1968 .
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to awarding of
bid for 21 radio monitor units to Motorola Communications, _Inc. _
of the Village.
