meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the 13th day of `fav , 19 68 .
The following members were present: 'favor Ailde, Councilmen O'Fallon,
11umnfirey, !!,igen and lfunt.
and the following members were absent: None.
Trust" Councilman lfumnfirdmtroduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: "RESOLt'T10`i X10. 68-100"
WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to
• the Village COunr'1 on qday 13 , 19 Fa , recommending the:
The extension of water `-?sins on 13th Avenue Borth between South Shore Drive
and the easterly right-of-way of County ?toad 18 and the connection of said
water main to the Colden Valley Water System.
NOW THSREFDR3s, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
111. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
S or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed im-
provement on the 3rd day of lune , 1968 , at
the Village Hall,'in-Tie Villages-Pl—yM0uth af� 7:45
o'clock��. m. The Village Council shall give pub
lished nooks a of such hearing and improvement as re-
quired by law."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Txuv4wecouncilman 0'Fala9d upon vote being taken there-
on, the following voted in favor thereof; 'Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
O'Fallon, Humphrey, Hagen and Funt.
The following voted against the motion: None.
*The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): 'gone.
whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
