EXTRACT OF M11A)TES OF REGULAR MEETING
OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
VILLAGE OF PLYDSOUTH, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to clue call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Villr4o
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on May 13, 1968,
at the Vill a Hall, 13800 State Highway 55, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Xayor Hilae, Councilmen OlVallon,
Humphrey, igan and Hunt; and the folloVing members were abaantz None.

Councilman Stunt introduced the following resolution and moved its adoptionz

WHEREAS, Sol Wasserman, Attorney for M.B.G., has applied for the approval
of -the Village Council of the Village of Plymo•..th., Minnesota, with respect to
the establishment of a Registered Land Survey in a part of the Southeast
quarter of Section 25, Townskip 113, Range 22, an;i
WHEREAS, it appears desirable that such approval be granted,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT IMEBY RESOLVED BY TIWF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
*OF PLUG= AS FOLLOWS
1. Approval is hereby granted for the establishment of a Registered
Land Survey with respect to the following described property:
That part of Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 921, Files of
the Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin, described an
beginning at the Southeast corner of Section 25, Township 118,
Range 221 thence Southerly along the East line of Section 36,
Township 118, Range 22, a distance of 30.08 feet; thence
deflecting to the right 93 degrees 59 minutes a distance of
358.63 feet; thence on a tangential curve to the right, the
radius of which is 1145.92 feet, the Delta angle of which is
20 degrees 42 minutes 30 seconds, a distance of 414.17 feet;
thence North 660 4.7' 40" West, tangent to last described curve
a distance of 103.23 feet to>;the actual point of beginning of
the tract to be described; thence Horth 10 51' West, 241.90
feet; thence north 890 2't' Eat 850 feet to the East line
of said Tract A; thence South 15 51' East along the Past line
of said Tract AjL 368 foot to the Southeast corner thereof;
thence South 39" 27' hest along the South line of said
Tract A, 1153.83 feet; thence North 230 12' 20" East,
236.63 feet; thence south 660 47' 40" East, 224.69 feet
to the actual pointof beginning, except that part of
said Tract A described as beginning at the Southeast corner
of said Tract A; thence South 890 27' West along the Uouth
line of said Treat A, 347.08 feet* thenco North 20 37' S0"
East, 22.25 feet; thence South 676 22' 10" East, 20 feet;
thence North 440 37' SO" East, 36.14 feet; -thence North 70

329.31 feet to the East line of said Tract A; thence South

to the paint of beginning.
2. The mayor and Clerk -Administrator are hereby authorized and directed
to execute the said Registered Land Survey on behalf of the Village
of Plymouth.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Ilagen and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Xayor Hilde, Councilmen
O'Fallon, Humphrey, Hagen and Hunt; and the following voted against: ;tone.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
