OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIT OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, .,,INNESOTA

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on
the 63h day O May, , 1968 at the Village Hall at 13800 State
Highway No. 55 commencing at 8:00 p.m. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen, Hunt
V=dxtkszPkwe7. The following members were absent: Councilnan liumphi
Councilnan Aunt introduced the following
resolution and moved its adoption:
"RESOLUTION NO. 68-95"
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING THE PRIOR POLICY
OF THE PLYMOUTH VILLAGE COUNCIL RELATING
TO VILLAGE PARTICIPATION IN AND CONTRIBU-
TIONS TOWARD THE EXPENSE OF STORM SEWER
INSTALLATION.
WHEREAS, it has been the policy of the Village Council of
the Village of Plymouth to contribute from the ad valorem storm
sewer fund 40% of the total cost of the construction and
installation of storm sewer projects within the Village of
Plymouth and,
WHEREAS, it is now the desire of the Village Council to
rescind and abandon such policy.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That from and after this date it shall be the
policy of the Village Council of the Village of
Plymouth that the Village of Plymouth shall not
contribute from its ad valorem storm sewer fund
any portion of the cost and expense of the

construction and installation of any storm
sewer projects within the Village.
2. Hereafter it shall be the policy of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth that storm
sewer projects that are approved for construction
anP installation within the Village shall be
fully assessed to benefitted property owners
within the applicable storm sewer district."
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Hagen
and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor
thereof: ^favor Hilde, Councilmen Hagen and Hunt.
The following voted against: Councilmen o'Fallon.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
clerk -administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached
and foregoing extract of minutes of a special meeting of the
Village Council of said village held'%y 6 It 1968, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same
relates to rescinding the prior policy of the Plymouth Village
Council relating to Village participation in and contributions
toward the expense of storm sewer installation.
