Councilman Hagan introduced ""the&"following resolution and moved its adoption: A IMSOUTION AP LOVING, :iNBRY" I T ` OF PA Mi dt T4R�11�SH <�TiZTrON WOES, the Plymouth Village planning Comm-'ssion held a public hearing to considar the,proposed plat of 1'atendin &,Krogneas"Addition and reaocmended x 1, alrproval of said plat; iJf3, the Plymouth Village Engineer recommended approval of said preliminary plat after due consideration and study, NOW, -`T M EFORE BE 2T HM Y 'RMOLVM BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF TFL VILLAGM- OF PL)MOUTH: 1• That the preliminary plat of Fazendin & Krogness Addition as submitted and herewith described be approved: ... That part of the South j- of the Northeast .4 of Section 31, T. 118, R. 22'd., described as follows: 'Baginning at the South- west corner of said South "?•of the Northeast -1; thence East along the South line ,thereof 958.95 feet; thence North 647.53 x feet; thence West<j73:67 feet to the West line of said South of the xiortheazf;jg, thence South 654.6 feet to the place of beginning; excerpt twat part"thereof lying West of a line, drawn from a point on the South line thereof distant"223;feet `r cast of the Southwest corner thereof, to a,;point on the'North line thereof 142.9 feet East of the Northwest corner therecf� and,there ending; also except the North 25 feet of the East`;412 feet thereof. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was dui,v " seconded by Councilman Hugon and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Hagen end Hunt; and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted:
