I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Administrator
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular melting
of the Village Council of said Village held May 6, 1968, with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same i6 a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom insofar as the same relates the a resolution waiving requirements for
Parcel 7815, Section 32.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk -Administrator and the corporate
seal of the Village this 21st day of May, 1968.
