Pursuant to due cell and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Vil-lage
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was hold on tae 6th day of hay
1A8. The following r4mbera. were presents Payor Hilda, Councilmen O*Fallon,
`HaAen and Hunts and the following wombers were absent: Councilman Humphrey.

Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and uxwod its adoption:
RESOLUTIO,'f .No. 68-90
WMFAS, Elsdon Draesoh has requested a subdivision waiver on Parcel 1000,
Section 11.
NOW, THE WORE BE IT HOMY RESOLVED BY TfM VILLA(M CMWOF THE VILLAGE
OF PLY11MV -.
1. That the requirements of Ordimanoe bio. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of Kiscellaneous Records, page 497# Register of Deeds, Hamiepin County,
kinnesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less than
five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby Waived as to
the fc11-wiaag described lands:
PARCEL A
. Tht Southeast �- of the northeast d of Section 11, Township 118, Range
22 .fast of the rill"" ,.. Meridiani subject to a road easement
for 'achary Lane with the exception of the East 203.00 feet of the
South 289.00 feat of the Northeast Quarter of Section 11.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hunt and upon vote beinr, taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereofe Mayor Hilda# Counci,maan Hagen# Hunt and Humphrey and the
following voted against# Sone.
Whereupon the resolution are declared duly passed and adopted.

I,, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Claris -Administrator
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attgohed and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting
of the Village Council -of -said Village held bay 6# 1968, with the original
thereof on file in nq office and the same is a full# true and complete, transcript
therefrom insofar as the same relates to a resolution waiving subdivision require-
ment* for Paroel 1000 in Section 11.
