Pursuant to due call anti notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Ain:nesota, was held on the GU day of hay
1963. The following members were presents mayor Hilda, Councilmen OlFallon
1 a Rao hunts and the following members were absent: Councilman Hus�.rey.

councilman Of Fallon instroduoed the following resolution and :roved its adoption:

WHEREAS, Adeline Wilson has requested s subdivisions waiver on Lot 14,
Block 1, City View Acres.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT IMSBY =GLr,0 BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
1. That the requirements of Ordinawe No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April h, 1956, in Book 1035
of Miscellaneous Records$ page 497, Register of Beads, Hennepin County,
kinnesota, relating to the conveyance of parce1.s of land less than
five (5) acres inarea, and A) feet in width are hereby waived as to
the following described lands:
PARCEL A
The North of Lot 14, Block 1, City View Acres.
PARCEL B
The South of Lot 14, Block 11 City View Acres.
The motion .for the adoption of the foregoing resolution waa duly seconded
by Cotincilmwt Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereof$ mayor Hills, Councilmen. Hagen, Of Fallon and Bunt, and the
following voted against: hone.
