Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
15th day of. April, 1969, commencing at 7:30' p.m. The following members
were present: 1111ayor Hilde, Councilmen iumphrey, Hagen and Aunt; and the
following members were absent: Councilman O'Fallon.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
"RESOLUTION NO. 68-14"
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY ?-SOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. T"iat the Regular Disbursement List dated April 15, 1968, and
totaling $242,111.81 is hereby authorized and approved with
the exception that $40000.00 be paid to Mr. Egil Hefald.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mavor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey and
Hunt; and the following voted against: :lone.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
