OF VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MIAR4ESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on April 15, 1968, at the Village
Pell, 13800 State Highway No. 55, commencing at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The
following mem':ers were absent: Councilman O'Fallon.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption: "RESOLUTION NO. 68-82"
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ANY PARTNER OR
ASSOCIATE LAWYER OF TIIE FIRM OF HOWARD,
LEFF.VERE, HAMILTON AND PEARSON TO
REPRESENT THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH IN ALL LEGAL MATTERS
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1, Any partner or associate of the firm of Howard, Lefevere, Hamilton
and Pearson is hereby authorized to represent Plymouth Village
on all legal matters and that selection and designation of such
partners and associate lawyers shall be made bV Herbert P. Lefler,
Village Attorney.
The above r tion was seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Humphrey and Hunt; and the following voted against: Hone.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Administrator
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting
of the Village Council of said village held April 15, 1968, with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript insofar as the same relates to authorizing associate lawyers to
represent the Village of Plymouth in legal matters.
