Councilman Humphrey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption.

WFIEREAS, Rudy Revlander has requested a subdivision waiver on Lot 1
Block 1 Hidden Lake Addition
NOW, THEREFORE HE IT MMEBy RE30LVED BY T90 VILLA3E COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE

1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
pawed on January 1f), 1966, and filed on Apri.. 6, 1966, in Book 1035
of miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin Caunty,
Minnesota, relating to the conveyance cf parcels of land legs than
five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to
the following described landsi
PL-RCEL A
That part of Lot 1, Block 1, Hidden Lake Addition, lying !lest of the
following described line. Beginning at a point on the South line of
Lot 1, distant 3o feet East of the Southwest corner thereof; thence
b orth to a point on the North line of Lot 1, distant 143 feet East
of the Northwest corner thereof.
PARCEL B
That part of Lot 1, Block 1, Hidden Lake Addition, lying East of the
following described lane. Beginning at a point on the South line of
Lot 1, distant 90 feet Hast of the southwest corner thereof; thence
North to a point on the North line of Lot 1, dia:fint 143 feet East of
the Northwest corner thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Hagen and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
favor thereofs Councilmen Hagen and Humphrey and the following voted aaainats
Councilman Hunt; and the following abstaineds Kayor Hilde.
Whereupon the resolution was declared wuly passed and adopted.

therefrom insofar as the same relates to a resolution waiving subdivision require -
