10 Pursuant to clue call and notice thereof, a reg•ilar meeting of the Village
Council of the Village.of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th daa of
April, 1968. The following members were present: ?4ayor Hilde, Councilmen
Humphrey, Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absent: Councilman
O'Fallon,
Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING pAYr=

""£.REAS, Egil tdefald has has requested payment for engineering services
for the construction of Zachary Lane from County Road 9 to County Road 10, and
WHEREAS, said road has been completed with the exception of sen] coating,
and a drainage problem on the Harold Kindseth property
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLY3MOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. The partial. payment of engineering fees On Zachary Lane Improvement
Project in the amount of $4,000.00 be authorized and approved.
2. Egil Wefald and the Village Administrator are hereby directed to
meet with Harold Kindseth within the next two weeks and report
back to the Council with them- recommendations and when a solution
is arrived at, the balance of the engineering Invoices on Zachary
Lane will be paid.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Humphrey, and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: ttayor £tilde, Councilmen
Hagen, Hunt and Humphrey; and the following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
