Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of
April., 1968. The following members were present.: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Humphrey, barren and taunt; and the following members were absent: Councilman
O'Fallon.
Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
"RESOLUTION I40. 68-79"
A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE E1GINEER
TO PP.2PARE A FEASIBILITY AND COST
ESTDMATE ON EXTE14SIO N OF UATF•R
tfitEIEAS, the Villa,^e of Plymouth has received a request for extension
of water service to property in the area of 24th and Lancaster Lane, and
WHEREAS, it is desirable that it be determined if the Four Seasons
Water system has the capacity to serve this area,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT HIEREBY RESOLVED BY TH7 VILLAGE COU::CIL Or TTIE
VILLAGE OF PLY?tOUTfl AS FOLLOWS:
1.. The Village Engineer is hereby authorized rand directed to
proceed with a feasibility report and cost estimate on the
extension of the Four Seasons Water Systen to the South and
[lest of the Metro Plymouth area.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Humphrey and upon vote helm
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hagen, Hunt and Humphrey; and the following voted against: None. Whereupoi
said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have caref►slly

of the Village Council of said Village held April 15, 19689 with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript,
insofar as the same relates to extension of the Four Season€. WateT System.
