Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regu.46ar meeting of the Viilage
:Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 15th day of April,
-1968. The following members were present: bic;,vor Hilde, Couacilmun Humphrey,
Hapn and hunt; and the following members were absent: Councilman O'Fallar..

Councilman Humphrey introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption:

1. That the requirements of ordinance ho. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed. on January 10, heti, anal filed on April 6, 1)66, in Book 1035
of Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Regiater of Deeds, Hennepin County►
V.innesota, relating to the conveyance of parcels of land leas than
five (5) ",res in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived ab to
the following described lands:

That part of the Southeast quarter of Section 23, Township 116
North, Range 22 Weat of the 5th principal meridian, described as
fellows. Co=o ng at a point on the South line of said Southeast
quarter distant 805x5 feet East of the Southwest corner of said
Southeast quarter; thence north parallel with the 'East line of said
Southeast quarter a distance of 565 feet to the point of beginning
of the property being described; thence deflecting loft 88 360 a
distance of 102 foot; thenoe deflecting right 880360 to the
centerline of County Road No. 6 as now laid out and travelled; thence
Easterly along said centerline to its intersection with a line drawn
North from the point of beginning parallel with said East line;
thence South to the point of beginning, subject to an easewent

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Humphrey upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in
