Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (}
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Uinnesota,
nap held on the 8th day of Aoril, , 1968 .
The folloriidg mo.mbors were presentt Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey,
Hagen and Ttsint.
and the following members viore absent: Councilman O'Faiion.

W Cauacilsvan hasten introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: "RFSOLUT10% "'. 68-73"
WHEREAS, it is proposed to install sanitary sewer on the
east gide of Medicinp l,ak.e .from 26th Avenue to 36th Avenue north.
and access the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
• the improvement, pursuant to I.I.S.A. § 429.011 to 429.111.
HOW THERE—FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMICIL OF THE VILLaGE OF
PLYUOUTH :
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report
to the Council with all convoniont speed, advise the Council
in a proliminary way as to whether the proposed inprovomert
io feasible and as to whether it should beat be made an
proposed or in connection with some othor improvement and
the estinatod coat of the inprovement as recommended."
The notion was seconded by gyp[ Councilman ttunphrey and upon
vote being talion thereon the following voted in favor of the
notion: Mayor )Tilde, Councilmen timrhrey, tiagen and trier.
