Purouant to duo call and notico thereof, a regular [apwaiwU
meeting of the Villago Council of the Village of Plymouth, t1innesota,
was hold on the Bth day of April , 19 6R .
The following nomboro wore present: Mayor Hilda, Couneilaen
Humphrey, Hagar and Hunt.
and the following members were absent: Councilman o'yallon.

MMUMMouncilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption: "RWSOLVTIotT 68-72"
WHEREAS, it is proposed to 36opmom* install a Water wain on 11th
Avenue Borth from South Shore Drive across County Road 18
and access the abutting property for all or a portion of the coat of
the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. § 429.011 to 429.111.
0 IIOC: THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUPICIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYUOUTHI
"That the proposed inprovonont be referred to the Village
Enginoor for study and that he is inatructod to report
to the Council with all convoniont speed, advice the Council
in a proliminary way an to whother the proposed improvemont
Is foaciblo and as to whothor It should bout be made as
proposed or in connection with some othor improvement and
tho estimated cost of the improvement as recommended."
The notion was seconded by 71 1 1 Councilman Hwnt and upon
vote bring talon thereon the following voted in favor of tha
notion: Mayor :tilde, Couurilmen Ftumphray, Ranee Raul Runt.

0 :hereupon the notion was declared duly passed and adopted.
