2. The Mwyor and Village Clerk -Administrator are hereby
authorised and directed to =*cute the proper application
on behalf of the Village of Flyoou,h for conveyance of
the above tax forfeited lands to the Village.
The notion to adopt the resolution was seconded by Councilman Hunt
and upon rote being taken them, the following voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Hilds, CouncA.Inm Humphray, Hagen and Runt. The following voted
aeainar: lone.
Whereupon said resolution waver declared to he duly passed and adopted.
