Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 8th day of April
1968. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey,
Hagen and Hunt; and the following members were absent: Councilman O'Fallon.
Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:

WHF.RF.AS, William Pribble has requested a subdivision waiver oii Parcels
2530 and 2540 in Section 29,
NOW, TMW.FORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF TH?: VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035
• of iiscellaneous Fecor-do, page 4979 Register of Deeds, Hennepin Cour'y,
Minaesota, relating to the ::onveyance of parcels of land less than
five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to
the following described lands:
Parcel
The North 30 acres of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarier
(SW :L of NW i) of Section 29, Township 118, Range 22, except the follow-
ing described Parcels:
Parcel 1:
Begimiing at a point on the west line of said Southwest Quarter
(SW 1/4) 60 feet South of the Northwest corner thereof; thence East
parallel to the North line of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) 1'10
feet; thence South parallel to the West line of said Southwest
Quarter (SW 1/4) 643 feet; thence West 400 feet to a point or the
West line of said Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) 643 feet South of the
pointi of beginning; thence North to the point of beginning.
Parcel 2:
Commencing at a point on the South line of said North 30 ac es 430,4
feet East of the Southwest corner thereof; +hence Northeasterly at
an angle of 76 degrees 45 minutes to said South line 125.7 feet; thence
deflecting right along a tangential curve having a radius of 180 feet
and as arc of 50 degrees 59 minutes; thence tangent to the end of said

beginning of the property being described; thence continuing on said
