RESOLUTION ID
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (*per
meeting of the Vilicge Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota,
was held on the _ 1st day of April , 1968 .
The following members were present: 'tayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon,
Humphrey, Hagen and Hunt.

Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption: "PFSOLUTT )N Nn. 68-65"
WHEREAS, pursuant to an adverc:Lsament for bids for the
purchase of one bitumen Spray Tank.

bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law and the
following bids were received complying with the advertisement.

St. Paul. Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to
enter into the attached contract with Borchert -Ingersoll, Inc.
Of St. Paul -Minnesota

according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the
Village Council and on file in the office of the Village Clerk.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except
that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest
bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Ccuncilman Hagen and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon,
Humphrey, Hagen and Hunt.
The following voted against the same: "Tone.
The following were (absent) (abstained from voting): None.
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -Administrator
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully

meeting of the Village Council of said village held April 1 , 1968 ,
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true
and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to
