HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1968-063Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village, of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the lot day of April, 1968. The following members vete present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Humphrey, Hagen and Bunt; and the following members were absent: None. ,rta adoption: e e a Councilman Hagen introduced the following resolution and moved its A RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT OF SEVEN PONDS WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Planning Commission held a public hearing to consider the proposed plat of Seven Ponds and recommended approval of said plat; and WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Engineer recommended approval of said preliminary, plat after due consideration and study, NOW, TREREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE CMNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYHOUTH AS FOLLOWS: 1. That the preliminary plat of Seven Ponds as submitted and herewith described be approved: khat part of the South half of the Northwest quarter of Section 20, Township 118, Range 22, lying West of the East 1030 feet of said' South half, Southerly of the centerline County Road No. 24, and Easterly of a line described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner` of said South half; thence East along the South line o: said South half a distance of 1092.4 feet to the point of beginning of the;, line being described; thence deflecting left 91013' a distance of 400 feet; thence deflecting left 20027' a distance of 900 feet, and there', ending. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing. resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayos Hilde, Councilmen O'Fallon, Humphrey, Hagen and Hunt; and
