RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIF?CATIONS AND ORDMING AMMISMENT FOR BIDS Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a W (special) meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, N.innesota, was held on the 26th day of February , 19 68 The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen ©Amphrey, IlaFen and Hunt. and the following members were absent: Councilman O'Fallon. r r r r r r r r r iff%" Councilman Ftagen introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION i0. 6S-6? • WHER%AS, ix'c Administrator the Village iftizow has prepared plans and specifications for '_1 radio monitor units and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval; NOW THMMMES, BE IT WMOLVM BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THS' VILLAGE OF PLYLOU H: 111. Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in- serted in the official paper and in an advertisement for bids upon the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be pub- lished for two weeks, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be opened and considered by the Council at 10:00 A. L. on April 18968, in the Council Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check payable to the Clerk for 5Z percen+ of the amount of such bid." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Humphrevand upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Humphrey and Hagen. The following voted against the same: Councilman Hunt. The following were (absent) ( : Councilman O'Fallon. WEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
